Title: "I'm gonna be Absent!" Thread : Public Usage

Real quick, just for explanation, if you KNOW your going to be gone, I believe it'd be nice just to have a thread like this so we know when you'll be missing! For instance, right now I have no internet, so I was going to get to you guys, but it was shut off before I had the chance to make a thread. I won't visit often for a bit/LONG bit, so this is just for reference.

Also, no using this thread just to make it a "over-night"/"over-day" notification. That's for MSN, Email Accounts, Signatures, and Profile information notices.
