Metroid Prime: Hunters is a spin-off title to the Original Metroid Prime Trilogy. This game has 7 6 new weapons, 7 6 new characters, and 20+ maps as well as a few new, somewhat altered versions of Deathmatch's game modes, game modes.

Metroid Prime Hunters is the best freakin DS game ever.
It littelaly made my hands hurt from playing it too much.

This was in the works and no one told me?!

If I could just remember how half of these weapons worked and had HUDs for them, I'd be glad to scrap the coding together.

Okay Coldfusion, I know the Imperialist is a sniping weapon, and it 1hkos if you are precise.
The Battlehammer is a continuously shooting gun, but is affected by gravity, so the shots go down pretty fast. Its like the Super Arm.
The Shock Coil is a close-range gun that continuously that drains the hp from the enemy, and onto the user. It looks like blue lightning.
The judicator is a freezing weapon! If you press it once, 3 laser shots will come out and cause chaos. If you hold the fire button, you may freeze your opponent at close range for a short time.

Shock Coil does not heal, unless you play as Sylux which would be a different scenario.

The Imperialist is capable of OHKO-ing someone if it was a headshot since it does 72 damage by standard means would deal almost 50% overkill. I'm trying to edit the Playerpawn to increase the player's health to 199 and I have no idea if it's possible to even impliment "headshots" into the PlayerPawn.

Or you could halve the damage to 46, and get the same effect. Not sure about headshots, though.

You could do like freeze cracker and have it split into a 2nd projectile that shoots down at a angle, thus creating a headshot effect

It might take awhile for me to make Noxus, since I haven't skinned in awhile...
Luckily, I started out with his legs, and they look so alike!

Also Darkaura, do you need help with the gun hands? I can probably make some... Samus' can look like Megaman's buster.

I was sent a file that contained some "buster" pics for the HUD by someone, however I've made one that seemed a bit better. Dare to compare:

I do know it's called the Omega Cannon, but I had it questioned as a spoiler for those who didn't beat the game. Now that I see it like that, that's not really much of a reason to be like that, so undo-ing. At least the cannon is a one-use weapon that should have an uber-long respawn.

I think you should take out the Omega Cannon DarkAura.

Anyways, it could take me awhile to make Noxus... do you know how HARD it is to create from scratch? His front, back, sides, diagonal, its difficult work.

You should probably do a seperate classes expansion for this. I would so enjoy being Sylux & Trace... and maybe Spire.

Okay, Truth Time:

Before I even started this "expansion" It was an idea that bubbled in my mind for a good month. Since this and DeathMatch were kinda equal to an extent, I thought that this would jar alot of intrest. Unfortunately, it was brought up way too soon.

So...question:
Keep it because it was a great idea, put it off for later because it was a decent idea, or just bury it because it was MY idea?

For me, I'd probably say save for later. So can I have this topic temporarily locked until some of the other expansions are done?

I'd say keep it, heck all of my projects were "too early" but I still work on them in my off time, heck, I even eventually release them too. Sooner or later someone will post in the thread then support will start rolling in again

I would love to help with maps, but unfortunatly my Hunters cartridge borked...

But I think I remember how the weapons worked if you want me to make those...(everything but the death alt are within my ability)

Combat Hall is almost done.
It was very hard to do because I do not know how to make 3d floors so it may not look the same. I will bring screen shots as soon as I fininsh it.

Anyway, If anyone wants to make the weapons, that's fine by me. I'll try to put down an explanation of the weapons, just in case, if I get the chance.

In the mean time, I guess I'll try my hand at Ice Hive.

Okay, this has been starting to bug me. I honestly think that making this into an "expansion" might...no, HAS been a bad idea, despite having put so much thought into it. So, since I have a few maps of it done already, I'm thinking of just demoting this "expansion" to a "map pack" instead.

Opinions?
