Title: Humans Last Stand?

This may seen like a n00bish question but... How do you play the Ghouls vs. Humans single player mode?

It looks quite cool, but I can't seem to find it anywhere! I'm assuming it's in the GVH PWAD/IWAD? If it is, has it been removed or something?

When I merged the expansions with the original I was going to remake the whole campaign, but completely forgot about it.

Did we mention that you forgot to make a separate Yurei Battle WAD?
