Title: GoldenEye Source (YD's favorite game everrrr)

So GoldenEye Source is like a cool game and stuff
It's a Source mod that can be downloaded here (http://www.moddb.com/mods/goldeneye-source/downloads/ges-v41-full-install-exe)
But only Ken, TGOAT, Cvideo, Lamma, Awbbie, and I play it
So I figured I'd tell the rest of CutStuff about it
And stuff
So yeah

Anyone that has Half-Life 2, Portal 1 or 2, Left 4 Dead 1 or 2, or any other game that comes with Source SDK Base 2007, which allows GE:S to be free, should at least give it a shot. It's got some pretty (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hOgd9YMm22Q) good (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVGYGKRRTuI) music (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lp4AcTqEuro), which plenty of other FPSes are missing. Nos, Teegott, Cvideo and I play pretty often, and it'd be nice if we could have some other users on CutStuff to join in with us.

Also License to Kill is the best mode

I actually have this game for unrelated reasons but never got around to actually playing it online.  It's very very impressive for a fanmade project.  I might play sometime.

Man, the Skype calls we have while playing this are fucking hilarious late at night. To quote TGOT, they get especially funny when we "go mental and start making noises instead of yelling".

The less sleep you get, the more enjoyable this game becomes.

In case anybody has problems connecting to servers due to "invalid Steam ID" error, here's how you fix it: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?p=26454448

I know I had this problem and clearly many others do as I saw in the bottom ticker of people failing to connect to servers with the same problem.  Note that after you've restarted Steam, you'll have to do the security validation for your computer again.  Also, the first time you boot it, it might not recognize that you have the mod.  I just restarted and it worked.
