Title: GvH Single player campaigns...
Post by: finisher on May 29, 2010, 04:02:00 AM
Yes, hello, I was wondering how I could play the single player campaigns of Ghouls vs Humans? I heard that they weren't included with the latest version which combines the expansion packs together. If that's the case here, where do I get the single player modes??

Yeah, I'm curious to know how to play it. I've seen videos and it looks rather cool.

You'll have to download the older versions I'm afraid. I could bring it back but it's pretty low priority at the moment

I could settle for the older version for the time being, I don't see so much trouble. But opting on the campaign mode for a newer version, if ever, is definitely convenient :)

BTW, nice smileys.

Speaking of this, Cutman, since you made it into one big .pk3 which includes everything. Why did you remove the campaign the and the Yurei fight? Is it because its glitched?

There were problems with it that I didn't have time to test over and over and figure out what was wrong.

That is what Testers are for.

I was going to post Damage, Mikk, Mikk57, and my account as a way of agreement but I have to disagree here. Although we do what we can, Cutman works very hard during these test to determine the problem and solution as a one man working team nearly.

My time with him on Level Master showed how extensive he can be when he isn't lazy.

I would presonally like a better co-op say a actual wad with levels such as London sewers  riddled with infected with Normal ghouls  and special bosses like Jitterskull to get keys to  get into area's like big ben and stuff

Sorry to bump this pretty-old thread, but...

I've been looking forward to playing the single player campaign portion since June (I got free time now). Of course, I remembered:

Could someone please supply a link to the latest version which HAS the single player campaign in it?

Or at least, the one from this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=epGcmgZe ... re=related (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=epGcmgZeIAU&feature=related)

Here's an idea! How about a gametype where one player (chosen at random I'm sure) is a monster version of a Ghoul (like in Ghouls' Forest!), and everyone else is whatever type of human? It'd be GVH and GF combined!
And let us not forget big maps. As in Underhell-sized or whatnot. That would please both GVHers and the cooperative fans as well.

And no, I am not making this myself. I am a screamer, not a modder.
