(OOC Explanation: Recently got my hands on the rules for Mutants and Masterminds (http://www.mutantsandmasterminds.com/). And then I got really bored, so I decided to make Cutstuff Wars characters using the character creation system. If you understand them, constructive criticism would be appreciated. If you don't know the system, check it out and/or just stare at the pretty numbers.

All characters will be at the default Power Level of 10 unless I feel the need to bump them up or down based on story.)
