Title: Suggestion-Ability to delete votes on polls.(If possible)

I heard there is something going on with the poll:When you change the poll options, the votes remain the same. So I suggest that you add a button that deletes all the votes on a poll. When that button is pressed, it will give two question before the votes are deleted. The second question giving a warning message.

Just make a new poll topic, not worth implementing a plugin just for this.
