Title: Name Change Week {Over}

To celebrate my adminship, I decided to give the community the chance to change their name this week. (August 21 to 28 2012)

To do so, just make a post in this thread telling me what to change your name too. Just note I won't be doing it as they come in, but rather in bulk.

Rules:

One request per user.
One revert back for those who got changed.
I reserve the right to deny a change if I deem it unsuitable.
You must post your request here.
All names must be 3-16 characters long.

I would like to be known as TheClayman6 because I would like to start over and turn over a new leaf. I know people see me as an obnoxious jerk and an immature child, but on the inside, I'm not really that kind of person. Even though in the past few months I've been trying hard to act less obnoxious, people just can't let go of the past and accept me for who I was. And so I decided to use my primary identity I normally use when doing online activities, TheClayman6, master of clay-mation and sculpting. This means, I will act more mature and more like myself around the cutstuff community. But my grammar and spelling may still not be up to par but I will longer purposely spell incorrectly (it's a disabilty I have, so sometimes I can't help it).

See, the whole reason behind getting the name changed to PlusKnight was to have things consistent across every forum and game I am a member of, right? Now, while having things the same across the board is nice, I've realized that I shouldn't have tried to "update" Cutstuff to fit everything else. Rather, I should have tried to do the reverse all along.

I usually have a good time at these other communities. I enjoy monthly weekend battles at the Pokemon Trade Station; a few real life friends like it when I show my face at the Smashing Society of Brawl; every now and then I go to keep up with guild members on the Spiral Knight Boards. However, the effect of a name isn't really as powerful as it is on Cutstuff. In this board's case, damn near the whole userbase knows who I am and can recognize me on a server, while elsewhere the group of "familiars" is significantly smaller-sized.

"Hi there, SmashBro!" "Hey Smash, what's up?" "NO SMASH DON'T YOU DARE TIME STOPPER" "Yo, it's Smash." "How's AwNet coming along Smash?" See, this is the kind of thing I'm greeted with when I connect to an 8BDM server. That feeling of familiarity isn't exacty something you see in a game of Halo. You know, that player stopping whatever they were doing mid-game to recognize my arrival, even if it just cost them the match, it's really nice. I'm not exactly the nicest person on the forum, but I still manage to get along with a large majority of everyone here.

With most of you calling me "Smash" anyway, why ruin it?

This has gone as far as to me changing my name to SmashBroPlusB everywhere else.

Because Cutstuff is totally awesome. :cool:

then he could use an Emerl card for his avatar
