Title: Pokemon Mafia Retry: BUGS WIN!

It's the Pokemon mafia that is only sorta a Pokemon mafia! You see, most of the roles are from various games and movies, but the general theme of Pokemon persists.

Well no this replacement game is a Pokemon mafia so.

Rules and stuff:

1) Townies win when they eliminate all mafia and third parties. Mafia wins when they outnumber the townies. Third parties win when they've eliminated all enemies (townies, mafia, and other third parties).

2)The game is divided into Day and Night phases. You can vote to lynch someone during the day phases, and the person with the most votes will die. At night, most players can use their role abilities (although some can use abilities during the day), but no voting takes place.

3)Each phase lasts 24 hours.

4) Roles will have instructions on how to use them.

5) Discuss as much as you want to and use logic!

Now, I'm changing this up from before. I've created a new game that accommodates both smaller and larger groups, so however many people are signed up at any given point will  be able to play! Each game size is color coded on the sign up sheet.

Well thar's ya problem. /hillybilly

Most Mafias can barely scrape by with 20 max, setting the minimum to 25 is being a tad optimistic to say the least.

Plus, since Island Survival is so popular and new, I doubt many other people will be ready for yet another Mafia any time soon.

So guess what, new plan.

I made a completely new game that functions just fine with 10 people but also works great with 35 people.

If we get 10 people, we will play Pokemon Blue Mafia, if we get 11-18, we will play Pokemon Red Mafia, etc etc.

Minimum is 10 people though so

And so it begins...

DAY 1

On a perfectly beautiful day of sunshiny goodness, the camera pans into a large mountain peak. We see the legendary Sky Peak village, home to some of the greatest legendaries in the world! However, some of the Bug Pokemon are mad that they were made this way by Arceus; they formed a group called the "Little Bugs" and sought revenge on the legendary Pokemon.

Rules for the first day:

-Vote on who you think is mafia! The person with the most votes at the end of the day will die!

-You may discuss anything game-related you like.

-You may vote for No Lynch, which means no one will be lynched that day.

Yeah that's all I got. Gogogo!

Sky Peak Village was in a turmoil! Mindless babbling and pointing fingers everywhere! Some stood back and decided not to blame anyone until they had more information, but the majority of Pokemon pointed at Colonel Servbot.

"I don't like the way he talks," one said.

"I don't like the way he walks," another said.

"B-b-b-but...guys, look at Hilman! He's pretty suspicious!"

"Bah, we don't care what you say! Let's get him!"

But even before the Pokemon could reach poor Colonel Servbot, a white flash blinded them all. When they looked up, all they saw was the corpse of a majestic blue bird, its body already chilling with the touch of death...or was that just its natural body temperature?

Gumballtoid sprang up immediately from his water tank. He had been on edge all night, and he didn't want to be taken by surprise.

Seemingly out of nowhere, an empty shell popped into existence.

"I will steal your SOUL!" it cried.

A stream of pure energy washed over Gumballtoid, immobilizing him.

"No! It can't end like this!"

"Fufufufufu...for my purposes, yes it can."

The shell disappeared, and all that remained was an empty body, its eyes unblinking, pure white.

Gumballtoid had his soul stolen!

A Joltik crept up to the greatest house of them all; the Grand Pokemon Temple.

He entered the grand hall and marveled. How could people be dedicated to a god so corrupt?

Donutyoshi was sitting on the altar reading a book when he noticed the Joltik.

"Have you come to pay your respects to me?" Donutyoshi boomed.

Joltik hesitated.

"Oh, quite the opposite..."

Donutyoshi looked at him in surprise, then his look of surprise became a look of anger.

"You can't just kill the great Ar-!"

But it was too late. The damage had been done. Joltik had zapped the great god, paralyzing him. He then set to work at eating his body so as not to leave any evidence of his being there.

Donutyoshi has been eaten by Joltik!

The other two bugs traveled to the sea. Their interconnected tunnels and pathways allowed them to get there pretty quickly.

When they arrived at the beach, they waited for their contact, a Surskit, to help them across the water. It came, and allowed the bugs to climb on.

They traveled for an hour in silence, but then they reached it.

The resting place of Hilman170499.

The large blue Pokemon was sleeping, just as the bugs had hoped.

"Heh, this'll be an easy one, right Wurmple?"

"You bet Caterpie. I can guarantee we'll do well at this job."

Both creeped up silently to the sleeping Pokemon, and each took a hearty bite out of it. He didn't even wake up or struggle.

Hilman170499 has been eaten by the bugs!

Here's my justification for voting against Rozark: he immediately voted against the person who voted against Rozark, which in my eyes is what someone trying to save their own hide so they could kill again would do.

(this is horribly ungrammatical but it's the best I could do)

It's meant to be a fast game. A couple of factors contributed to townies losing:

1) Power roles (Hilman in particular) didn't use their roles.

2) Mafia got really lucky on their guesses.

3) TheDoc attempted to kill Donutyoshi Night 3. >.>

Actually, they didn't know who was who though. If they had only killed vanilla townies, no problem would've arisen that quickly. Also Hilman's protect could've prevented a kill.

Independent doesn't know mafia btw.

Again, they don't have a way of finding specific roles, so they have to guess who's who.

I BLOODY KNEW IT!!!

My minor tactic on Day 3 kinda backfired a bit. I knew Tengu was a bug, and I thought that if I died, everyone would know why I thought he was a bug and would vote for him. But after that, I realized that there was only 1 townie left, meaning we were outnumbered and couldn't fight back. My only hope was for TheDoc to team up with us townies and for at least 1 or 2 of the bugs to be sleeping the whole time. I didn't fully think it through though, so I forgot about that.
