Title: Are there any good, free video recording softwares?
Post by: squidgy617 on October 01, 2012, 09:37:40 PM
Seriously. I need to know what I can use to record vids of me playing games on my PC. Specifically for mod recording purposes. Anyone know anything good?

Of all my years of trying to find a good quality video recorder that does the job well and doesn't require you wasting money, the only one I've ever found is Camstudio.

Really, that's always been my best option. Nothing else works well enough.

Well, I have had good experiences with Flashback Express by Blueberry software.

I really like it because of it's allowance of multiple audio input sources.

What Michael712 said. I've been using Camstudio for a while now.

Though, if streaming's your thing, XSplit is nice and pretty to look at as well.
