Title: Posts On Page Limit?
Post by: T's Inventions on October 08, 2012, 01:41:32 AM
Just wondering why for a topic here on CutStuff there is a limit of 10 posts for one page.
This has been bothering me for a long time. Is there any way you can change/increase the limit
of posts on one page? This would really make reading through topics a lot easier.

We could, but I prefer having less posts per page. It makes it easier to look at and generally less scrolling per page. I also generally don't like changing board settings to accommodate one user. Sorry.

You know, most forums have an option so you can set it yourself... :ugeek:

Yeah.

So are you absolutely sure there is no way a user could change the limit just for himself?
Not even a secret way like adding a special code to the URL to change the limit?

If not, would a compromise here be a good idea at all?
How about 20 posts on one page?
Just saying.

I have a good feeling alot of others would agree with me.

No. I prefer 10 because it loads quickly.

I already checked every inch of the admin panel. There is no option to give users the ability to do it themselves.
