Title: [Suggestion] Topic "previews".

On some other fourms out there (for example, the Steam fourms (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/)), if you mouse over a topic, it displays part of the OP in a tooltip, like a sort of preview. Is this kind of thing possible to implement in our fourm? Or is it not possible with the current fourm software?

Nope, I don't want to add any more forum plugins for vanity's sake because they're a pain in the butt to maintain.
