Title: CTF Magnet Missile

So Treble Sentry didn't work in CTF properly, so it was changed for that mode.
A_MStaffTrack doesn't work in CTF either, and there is Magnet Missile.
So here's a different Magnet Missile for that mode.

I would prefer if you actually stated here what exactly is "CTF Magnet Missile"

Ahem
So when magnet missile detects an enemy/roadcone underneath it, the magnet missile goes down. It can also go slightly to the left or right.

Sounds interesting, but it's too late in development to start adding in such major changes.

Wait... I think this could be worthwhile. Maybe not the version posted but at least to remove the homing part of magnet missile. That way it can at least be used as a long range weapon that doesn't home in on team mates.
