I don't own it, but I've played with a friend.
And, let me tell you, nothing is more satisfying than sneaking up on your opponent and getting a chainsaw kill.

I love this game; it's one of the three First-Person Shooters I legitimately enjoy (The other two being TF2 and MM8BDM).  The weapons are designed for lots of different playstyles, and even those who can't shoot are still useful to the team (Revival).  Horde Mode has only improved since the original, and Beast Mode is pretty fun too.
Or maybe it's just got amazing game feel.  What do I know?

I finished it yesterday after playing little by little since August. 9/10
