inb4 someone makes an anyone's sprite thread
I've taken yet another interest recently in spriting, and I'm quite pleased with how some of it is turning out! I plan to make a simple game called "netplay", where the main character, Zeke, has to save the internet from a deadly virus. Here's what I've got so far.
Zeke the protagonist:

sprites count as art, so an "anyone's sprite thread" would be redundant ;)

I know... but I kinda detected a pattern awhile back XD

Uh..
he's fat. Might wanna fix that?
THAT IS ALL

The only major problem I see is that having different scaled pixels on a sprite is a big no-no!

No way, the world needs more fat protagonists!

I meant to make it look like he's wearing a heavy coat... but you're right :
But what brotoad said!
Regardless, this sprite is scaled 3x. The actual sprite is REALLY small, and for a good reason. Bullet hell will be implemented into this game.

if this is a resized sprite, why did you change the medal on his jacket on the resized sprite?

Not sure what I was thinking :
I really should've made a few changes to the resized sprite other than just the medal.
I'm trying to make it to where there are banter moments between characters in which portraits are shown.
I'm completely new to spriting from scratch, so I guess this was to be expected.
I'm not really liking the way the arms look either, and I'm trying to touch up on that. Any suggestions?

Honestly, I kind of like it, it has a stylized look to it
