1. Download it.
2. Install it.
3. ???
4. profit Kick alien ass.
GOG.com games are set up to work out of the box without the kind of obtuse configuration that old games tend to require.

How do I download it? Do I need an account on that site?
-
yes
but it's free and you don't have to email confirmation so it's really not that bad

The controls are definitely going to take some getting used to due to the inability to set them up @_@ and plus after 10 minutes of hitting random keys, I give up on trying to figure out how to open doors

I know how to setup the controls there is a setup app that comes with game but you can not be in the game to set the controls and yes it sucks you cannot set the controls ingame but you can set the controls but you need to find the settings (and yes thats the name of the file that allows you to set the controls) in the folder with the game i hope that helps

I recommend using a sourceport like eDuke32 as opposed to vanilla. It makes for a nicer experience.
