Title: Bond. James Bond.
Post by: -FiniteZero- on December 19, 2012, 05:32:29 PM
Discuss the franchise of the world's savviest spy.

A

For personal favorite, I haven't seen all of them yet, and it's been a while since I last seen any, so I can't really say which one is my favorite. As for games, I own Nightfire, From Russia With Love, and Everything or Nothing. I think I like Nightfire best, gameplay and story wise.

How can you make a topic about James Bond games without Goldeneye64?

Apart from Goldeneye 64 (Which was awesome when I was in Junior High, but is now horribly obsolete), I thought that James Bond games were not even worth playing.

Goldeneye sort of goes under the movie. It's not its own original story.

"I think I like Nightfire best, gameplay and story wise."

I was responding mainly to that.

Oh. Alright.

I still prefer Nightfire.

To be honest, I haven't played it.

I don't want to play a Bond game until I've seen the Bond movie, and Bond movies after Goldeneye have just pissed me off.

Also, I seem to be the only person alive who doesn't like Daniel Craig.

Nightfire doesn't have a corresponding movie. It has a unique plot. As does Everything or Nothing, and Blood stone.

So, why didn't they make games after Bond movies?

They have enough to choose from.

Because Die Another Day wasn't well recieved at the time. So, they did their own story anyway, and Everything or Nothing was before Casino Royale was released anyway.

But go out and play at least Nightfire. Trust me, it's at least as good as Goldeneye. I recommend it.
