Title: [Mod...?] Oil Slider Sound Replacement

Some of the v3a devs were complaining about how they couldn't find a good set of 8-bit sounds for Oil Slider
So I dusted off the ol' Famitracker and did some work.

why did you put this topic here. is just for skins bots and more.

because it goes in your skins folder and falls under etc.
