I'd like to apologize for the recent downtime of cutstuff.net, it was caused by JoinVPS's (the host for our VPS server) name server going down. We had to send a support ticket out to get it fixed. As you may know, this isn't the first time this has happened to our server and needless to say it is not acceptable. I have discussed it with my server buddies and we've decided to move server.
What does this mean for Cutstuff? Nothing. The server transfer will probably take less than a few hours so there will be minimal downtime when it happens. Either way, in a few weeks we'll be transferring servers and giving our money to someone else.

Ah, finally is back on! I was getting demotivated and tracking your updates was pretty though. But, anyway, I wonder if the need for a server swapping is because of the difficult to restore the site when it goes down or due to the possibility these issued might happen more frequently. But it is likely we won't feel the difference in changes, right?

For a second there I thought Airman James had nuked our servers. An absurd thought, I know, but the thought occurred to me nonetheless.
Glad to know everything is under control.

It's quite easy to have more fans than Cutstuff when there is not a single fan in sight. We've switched over to more modern methods of air-conditioning.

Airman James has an IP that isn't shared by (or close to) any one registered and has posted on this site. I can only conclude that if said person was from this community, they were using some other connection than what is normally used.
The site also does exist and should hopefully be back soon, it's almost a new month. :ugeek:
