I decided to make a hotfix (that I mentioned in the MMSPSIN thread) that changes Bass's buster and skin back to the original. However, I've gotten mixed reactions from what people want changed (skin and/or buster), so I'm puttin' up a poll. In the meantime,

The only real complaint I have about the MMSPSIN buster is that it hardly does any damage. Even with high firerate, Bass isn't worth using.

You can probably deal more damage over ten seconds with Megaman's uncharged shots. Uh, he can charge, right?

I probably screwed alot of stuff up, due to the fact that I hardly ever play MMSP.

My thoughts on how Bass Buster should work:
> Powering up as health drops - It's good, right, but kinda "forces" the player to wound themselves only for that extra power boost, while it sacrifices accuracy. But I think that it could instead be a reward for beating bosses with only the buster.
> Bass Buster Spread - Justified in original and DM, because you can move while firing, but unjustified wherever Bass is forced to stand still. In Megaman and Bass he had to stand still to use his buster, but he could at least move if he was jumping. So, my suggestion is that the spread is increased but only applied when moving, while standing completely still should not spread at all.
> Double Bass Buster maybe? - An alternative idea for the "Power Up". Would revolve at risking your life to have twice the fire power/rate at 20% health or less, but being the only way to get any power boost.

(Sorry I haven't been paying very much attention to this, but...) Because of the overwhelming majority of votes for the MMSPSIN Bass skin, I've uploaded a hotfix that just replaces the buster, not the skin.

Maybe, the original skin should be added as an Alt for Bass, unless it fails.
