I found these pictures in several Spanish forums about video games.
and I came to ask this forum, I always see this forum but I never create an account so far, I want to know if they are real!

I don't think that makes very convincing evidence.

Some of these Robot Masters don't even make any sense. Spaceman guy and furnace dude check out, but what the hell does the orange one do? Shoot glass Tetris blocks?

Hell, what do any of them besides the two I mentioned do?

EDIT: Also, Mega, Rush, Met, and Eddie all come from official Capcom stuff (Mega's art is from Rockman 4 Complete Works).

It's fake.  High quality fakes, yes, but most of them seem to be alterations of existing official art.

Thanks for sharing these, though.  These designs are neat.  I specifically like Russian-Man (083) and Arrow-Woman (084).

If I were in charge of naming them, in order, I'd call them Faucet-Man, Tesla-Man, Russian-Man, Arrow-Woman, Breeze-Man, Space-Man, Furnace-Man, and Edge-Man...or Razor-Man.  Not sure about that last guy.

It seems kinda rare to see this kind of thing anymore. I guess it's a lot more common for something like Pokemon that has massive popularity and actual new games coming out for it  :(

I remember when RUMORS were going around for Mega Man 9's release shortly before the true reveal, and this screen went out:

It stinks getting hyped for something and finding out it isn't real, but fake pics and mock ups are kinda cool too (especially if they reflect something people want and spread like wildfire, leading to game companies taking notice).

It's likely his name doesn't end in man. Look at the characters for his name. Notice how it doesn't end in ?? like every other robot master ever?

Well, the last letter in the Japanese name of that old man character is actually the kanji for person. So Old Man could probably be right in terms of what the name means in general, but there is probably a better possible translation.
It is weird, though.

84= ciel

The rest of them feel extremely familiar in some way or another, but I can't nail it down.

The artist is heavily borrowing from the art that was done for the playstation rerelease.

86 is a heatman's head/arms with a Brightman leg trace.  
88's legs are from Tomahawk and the front arm is from flashman.
81's front hand is from top man, the back from metal man.

I think that the most obvious evidence that this is fake is the Megaman 25th Anniversary symbol. That was like, 10 months ago or something.

That part actually would have a chance of being realistic though. Capcom stated Mega Man's 25th Anniversary would be running from December of 2012 all the way back to December of 2013. The symbol continues to be used on recent merchandise, such as on the covers of the latest Mega Man Archie Comic (http://www.themmnetwork.com/2013/08/13/bad-and-good-are-brothers-in-arms-in-mega-man-32/) which hasn't even been released yet.

What does seem unlikely at this point is them announcing a new Mega Man game in the span of 2013 (although Mega Man 10 was announced in December of 2009, heh).

Hah, I think that's exactly what he meant (anyone who has seen the Complete Works art again and again can tell right away these are edits from the familiar poses alone). He's not saying the pictures are completely original, but that the news is fake/fanmade.

Right off the bat, the two visible ones on the second page look like beta designs for Solar and Nitro (or Tornado?)
I'd also say the bottom one looks like an idea for Strike Man (based off of a strike in bowling... assuming that's what he's doing, anywho.)
I've got no idea about the others though (What is that one in the third- Conch Man?)

These are clearly NOT from the art book.

Although some of them are modified from the early 9 & 10 designs.
