You can include a working .wad file of the skin if you wish.
EDIT: Are we allowed to add different walking/shooting frames if we're gunning for it to be more like a certain character?
Another Question. What would happen if you get submissions that look like each other (coincidently)? What I mean is What would happen if one person submits a design and another person who also had that same idea submits their similar but different design. What would you do?

Your Robot Master must be one of the Robot Master bosses from MM1-10 or MM&B. No other major/minor characters (such as the Proto Man, Bass, Roll, Dark Men, Doc Robot, Mega Man Killers, Quint etc) can be used. Ask if you're unsure!So yes, they would.

I got no other simple people to do.Maybe you could have tried something more ambitious rather than simple? It's no surprise that all the obvious ideas have been done already, and most certainly nothing to be upset about. This contest has practically been open for a whole month. That's plenty of time to come up with some ideas and sprite them. I came up with a whole list of ideas a few pages back in about 5 minutes.

Having a medal for trying might be nice. Just a "MM8BDM Contest Participant" medal, since obviously there can only be one winner for each contest. My entry is a alternate skin for Tengu Man. The goal was to try to make him similar in appearance to a Great Tengu, an enemy encountered in ?kami, but more specifically it's "Chaos Mode" where it assumes a more human-like form (http://images.wikia.com/okami/images/9/93/GtArt2.jpg)
Other ideas included were Skullman as Ghost Rideraw man I would have loved ghostrider skullman... maybe next competition??

I say "may" because of 2 things:I already knew about that second one, but I'm curious as to why the first one happens.
1. The class itself must be skin compatible. Typically, larger robot masters like Centaur Man are not skin compatible.
Skins for large classes will require a separate WAD to be added; the typical method then is to make a separate inheriting actor class using that skin in its states.
2. If the class has extra animation frames, your skin should have them as well.
