Generally rules and policies remain the same from last year. I'll accept anything that promotes Holiday spirit or the cozy feeling of winter mornings, whether it be skins, maps, weapons, etc.
I do however want to change one major thing about how the pack is run this year.
Both the Halloween and Holiday packs are prone to a one-day "surge syndrome" where they overpower the server lists. This however lasts one day, and it kinda makes all the effort put into such a work not feel worth it. It's for this reason alone that I'd like to instantiate a bi-weekly release schedule for the pack starting Wednesday, December 11, 2013. At that point, any completed works we have amassed will be released, but our doors will be open for new submissions until I choose to tie the pack up with some good old gift wrap on Friday, February 1, 2014. I haven't asked for permission to give out medals yet, but if I were to give out medals, it would be on this date.
So needless to say, let's put some wreaths around and spread some holiday cheer!

hhmm...... there's a million gazillion errors in all of these.. hopefully a good enough ref? i was in italian class while doing this and i dont have much time to doodle or sketch at home or school so
wonder if anyone wouldnt mind making a skin from that? if anything feel free to tinker around with the design or just change it completely if that helps. 0: (ofc that is if anyone is willing)

I'm sorry it's so late, but at least we can now begin our biweekly cycle!
This being said, here's a checklist for things that I personally would like to see from the expansion (that I will be backing) for the next few weeks.
- Get everything on the list at the moment done
- Take potential new things
- Play with the weapons, test them for viability/balance
- Add decorative flare to support items / props to give them a more festive flavor
- More!! Most of which I'd like to keep a secret.
Weapons:
All of the weapon bars are missing their top little slot that was done for 3b.
Please swap candy cane's colors. I don't care if it's accurate to the source it just looks incredibly ugly.
Speaking of candy cane...it does 60 damage. Not even gonna try to be witty about that.
Present surprise is currently mega ball that does 50+ damage as well...
On the other side of things, rubber duff's bounce height makes it impossible to hit anyone with it ever.
Finally, ghost shackle is so incredibly underpowered you can't even try to kill anyone with it.
Maps - General:
JESMUS...please just get rid of it.
All of them are giant squares. All of them. There is so little variation in the geometry it's just sad
HDAY01:
The scrolling textures are incredibly unfitting, especially the...thing by the rain flush.
The death water that doesn't look like death water has the wrong obituary.
And to top things off nicely, have some delicious texture bugs:

HDAY02:
The layout is far too needlessly complex, especially in terms of height variation.
The textures are boring. It's really just too indoors.
HDAY03:
This is a rejected Obstacle Course map. It has all the signs: random arrows, and not sticking to any coherent theme. (Really, why is there burst water, a guts block, and a mini gutsmang in a cage...)
The water also has the wrong obituary.
It uses air man tiles as railings... that's really all I need to say.
HDAY04:
There are no Xmas weapons but maybe that's a good thing in their current state...
There's a rush coil after some platforming... for no reason what so ever. Really, I could not find any sane place to use it. It's useless anyways when you find out tornado hold is in the map as well.
Again, it's a large square. A really large open square. It's all corners.
Finally, a certain section of rocks by the bubble lead is slippery while every other part is not.
Okay, I'm reporting an issue here. If that's considered necrobumping and not allowed, inform me and I will remove this post.
