Title: 20 YEARS OF DOOM
Post by: Dr. Crasger on December 10, 2013, 11:18:37 AM
The game that MM8BDM runs on, DooM celebrates 20th anniversary today.
With a community that still stands, hundreds of mods and dozens of source-ports.

How will we celebrate this wonderful event?

Release date: 10.12.1993
Seems like it really is today.

I'll try to have some UV -fast fun in the first episode as my way of celebrating.
(Even though I already know that that is a baaaad thing for my sanity)

Keep an eye on www.doomworld.com (http://www.doomworld.com) they usually celebrate the occasion with an article showcasing the best WADs released in the year and maybe other stuff.

Ah yes, I look out for those as well. I remember when MM8BDM won a Cacoward back in 2010.

I'm thinking of Using Samsara with my Doom maps in co-op mode. (http://www.doomworld.com/vb/showthread.php?postid=1222673#post1222673)
