(Note, this is the ruby spears cartoon version, NOT the Captain N version).

My body is ready for more hate and backlash (I've gotten used to it.)

Could have made it from scratch like BBA Megaman, also I know it is coming, put all your skins into one topic. Just a forewarning.

Well, first off, you're using an outdated version of the Megaman skin. As of Version 3a, the skins for Megaman and Bass were updated. Somewhere between v3a and v3b, Protoman and Breakman recieved similar updates. You may want to use those, if you have access to them.
I have taken the liberty of ripping the Megaman skin for you.

Please note that the grid is not necessary for skin creation, it was mainly used as a reference for what the sprite should look like and you are free to not use one at all.

For other sprite/sound/code/whatever stuff, you may consider getting SLADE (http://slade.mancubus.net/index.php?page=downloads) or SLumpEd (http://slumped.mancubus.net/index.php?page=downloads). Both of these tools are used for creating and opening pk3 and wad files. I recommend SLADE because of all its bells and whistles, but that may require an installation of Microsoft Visual C++ runtime, a download for which is at the bottom of the linked page.

Second, you should really consider not stretching your sprite sheets. It distorts them and ruins the quality, making it impossible to turn into a usable skin.

Third, you might want to make a single thread in which to post all of your skins instead of making a new one each time. If you wish to make the sprite bigger for presentation purposes, [in mspaint] hit ctrl+a, right click, click stretch/skew. This will give an even inflation of the image in question.

Forth, if you wish to use sprites you acquired from an outside source, please be sure to credit the original creator. I know from experience how annoying it is for someone to use your creations without crediting you.
[Looking at you, Neo (http://cutstuff.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=4790).]

As for the edits, I was expecting...I don't know...more? I mean the edit isn't bad by any means...but...it's an edit. I'm not sure you may have seen Korby's display of what edits should be, but usually aren't...but basically he uses a sprite as a base, and basically creates an entirely different thingy on top it, usually of different stature and body makeup.

If this is the backlash your body was ready for, I hope I didn't disappoint~
