I noticed that some people thought my class was "confusing", so I'm gonna put a guide right here in a spoiler.
Sword #1:
This one changes its mainfire depending on the last element you picked up. (may it be from vanilla weapons or tomes)
Currently the elements I can get are fire, thunder, poison, ice, wind, and nosferatu/drain.
Fire is the one focused on pure power, thunder is also powerful and actually strikes the ground starting from where swung, poison.....well, poisons your opponent, ice can freeze your enemy, and nosferatu/drain gives you some HP after hitting your opponent. Nosferatu is only obtainable via Noise Crush. I also have an altfire that dashes on ground and does a leap in the air. The leap had the purpose of clinging to walls, but this feature isn't available in the PB since it had lag issues and needs a revamp to prevent the lag.
Sword #2:
This one is for more power. It is stronger and can be charged, but is slower and can't be enchanted. It can shoot a powerful sword beam if fully charged while at full health. (Sword beam at full health? Guess what adventure series inspired me here!) The alt acts as a shield
I can also get shurikens and bombs, along with 2 extra swords. The shurikens act like Metal Blade, fast and decently powerful, the alt can is explosive shurikens when you have bomb ammo on you. The bombs are just bombs, they work like the ones the Bomb Man class uses just because I like this way of them being used.
My 2 other swords are a holy one and unholy one. They act almost just like my normal katana, except with more power. What makes them shine is their alts. The alts have special attacks that consume all MP in turn for an attack that is supposed to be extremely powerful. Holy does a quick and short dash with high damage, unholy sorta just summons an orb. Yeah, I will have to maybe change these swords.
I also have an IG wep I made called Galaxy Cutter, it's more simple, though, so I won't bother explaining.
While I'm here, I might as well say this;
I know this mod is terribly unbalanced and needs work, so please give feedback so we can make it more acceptable. We will keep Neo under control and nerf/buff any classes that need it.
Give us feedback and this may become a rather fun class pack. (for others that is, I actually have fun with this)

Name: Tokori
Damage Color: Red (To make it more real lol.)
Profile (Mysteriously said in third person by some mentor, or something.): Using a single weapon in his own hand, Tokori can slice anything in his path. Focusing on Agility and Evasion, Tokori can easily escape from any deadly situation, and reverse the effect on his attackers. Using his speed and his attacks, Tokori can be a hacking and slashing maniac in your own will.
Weapons:
Weapon - Lightsaber: Slashes stuff, has a normal range of motion.
Altfire - Saber charge: Slashes, and charges.
Drops upon death: Lightsaber
Obit: [victim] was sliced in half by [killer]'s lightsaber
Well, that's probably it.
Hmm while it sounds as a semi clone, it might turn out not as clunky as our bass ninja'd friend. but why not change it up a bit?
I am, I already got the message from Alex already.
I'm still thinking of adding another weapon to him, thing is I'm trying to think of something that's not too similar to the vanilla weapons in the game, so it's probably going to take a while what to think of.
The only thing I could think of is having him throw a bladed boomerang/glaive (Horizontal, four bladed), and have him wield a bow that can shoot a speeding arrow so he could snipe, and give him more of a ninja feel.
Those are the only ideas I have, but I can probably think of more.

Name: Superjustinbros
Skin: Hardman
Color: Dark Blue
Profile: Some normal man from the US that somehow winded up in the body of a Hardman. Running around doing epic things. He's a smooth man but with strong dreams and desires.
Weapons:
-Standard: Justin Buster + Spin Dash-
Main: A somewhat bulky buster shot that has slightly higher attack power than the vanilla Mega Buster and can charge up, however charging up takes slightly longer due to it's large (but not massive) power.
Alt: Hold it down and Justin will curl up and start a Sonic-styled Spin Dash. release it to charge forward and deal good damage to opponents while passing through them. Longer charges equal faster spinning speeds. The Jump key or primary fire key will cancel out of a Spin Dash, while aiming steers the Spin Dash (it is also possible to aim while charging a Spin Dash).
The following are powers Justin receives at random per match. Much like Neo, they are acquired in the form of items and recharge steadily over time. However they are not as complex as Neo's abilities, and he only gets two a match (three if I come up with more ideas).
-Red: Pyroknesis (Atomic Fire colors)
Main: Justin fires a fireball that bounces along the ground Mario style. It has more attack power than an uncharged Justin Buster, but less than than a Justin Buster charged. The fireball can be charged to fire a stronger fireball that travels straight ahead as opposed to bouncing along the ground. It’s power is about the same as a charged Justin Buster (maybe a bit stronger?)
Alt: Justin inhales and blows out a steady stream of fire (flamethrower) that runs off an ammo bar. It does weak, but rippling damage to his target(s).
-Cyan: Cyroknesis (Skull Barrier Colors)
Main: Justin tosses a snowball straight ahead. It is around the strength of the fireball, but anyone that is hit is slowed down for 2 seconds. To prevent spamming the ability, an opponent that thaws out of the slow-down effect cannot be re-slowed for four seconds after thawing out. It can be charged for a giant snowball that splits apart when hitting a wall (ala Freeze Cracker) that also can induce the slowdown effect.
Alt: Justin inhales and blows a heavy gust of strong icy wind, very much like the flamethrower with it’s rippling damage. It’s weaker than the fire storm since it also causes the slowed effect of the main fire.
-Yellow: Electric (Thunder Beam colors)
Main: Literally it’s Thunder Beam but with a bit more oomph. The main shot travels slightly slower but has increased damage output.
Alt: Justin charges himself in electricity which gives him immunity and deals mild collision damage for 12 seconds. It requires a while to recharge, and since he stops moving when executing the move, he can be made very vulnerable while charging the move if done in the wrong place. He can still use his primary and switch to other weapons while the alt recharges.
-Blue: Aquatic (Air Shooter Colors)
Main: Identical to Water Ballon, but it is fired in a steady stream as opposed to large drops with delays in-between shots, and thus does rippling damage. It also has less gravity than Water Balloon.
Alt: Justin encases himself in water and charges forwards with waves of water appearing in front of him. Must like the Spin Dash, it can be steered while it is executed, however the weapon as a hole, due to it’s large power, must recharge after two consecutive uses.
-Black: Bomb
Main: Identical to Hyper Bomb, but it has a slightly larger blast radius and explodes instantly when it hits the ground. Can be charged for a bigger bomb that does extra damage.
Alt: Fires a homing missile of sorts. It does weaker damage than the main fire, at the cost of being able to hit targets a further range. It is slightly slower than the speed of a Magnet Missile.

Concept: I Tried to based off of how I like to play: Speed and explosions. his speed and jumps allow him to get around fast, but I tried to make him OK at close range, too. he Isn't going to last long, so he has the Smokey Flash Bang and Fire ring bombs to assist him in staying away.
I will gladly fix any problems, while trying to stay true to the class.
Oh, and the skin is a creeper. If you need me to get it, I will.
