Title: MM8BDM Skin Contest #2 {Cancelled}

On permission by Ivory and based on an idea from Cutmanmike on the 8BDM Dev chat. I am here to announce the second official skin contest!

The theme of the competition is Official Concept Robot Master Designs! Ever wondered how a Robot Master looked like before it's final design? Ever liked what was made before finalization? Well now's your chance to take what was previously a concept and make it into a skin! I am doing two submissions per user to hopefully bring more artistic skill into the competition. Choose your concept design of a master / character or two you like and turn it into a skin! This is the time for the concept masters to rise and get made (literally!)

Create your sprite sheet and send it over to me via PM with the title "Contest Entry - (name of your entry)". Making it into a working skin file is optional!

I will provide a imgur album based on all of the concepts taken out of R20:

RULES:
     Submissions must contain an image containing every sprite rotation for the skin.
   
 Based on any Robot Master concept art seen in Mega Man Complete Works / R20 / MM25 Complete Works. You are allowed to do robot masters from MM9 and 10 that have concept designs! Bass concepts are allowed, so long as they aren't sixty flavors of fins. Other main character concepts are not allowed! No Megaman edits please!
   
 Sprites must follow the format for skins, which means sprites must use Blue and Cyan for base colours.
   
 Two submissions may be allowed per user. No more than two!
   
 Entries should not be posted here until after judgement (feel free to post screenshots).
   
 You can include a working .wad file of the skin if you wish.

Submissions are to be sent via PM to me!

You have until May 24th to enter submissions! The winner will be announced a few days later. Good luck!
