Hey all, just giving a friendly tutorial on how to use WADs, as well as a run down of various ones.
First off, how to use them, when we open 8BDM we get the launcher pop up first, you will see the Start button and a blank bar below it with "Add File" next to it. Press that and find a WAD you wish to load, do it again until you have loaded all of the WADs you want in the order you wish for them. Viola, you have WADs loaded.
WADs come in different flavors, or well types. The main types you will see are Map Packs, Mods, and Expansions.
Map packs add more maps to the game for you to play in for almost every game mode.
Expansions usually consist of more maps, weapons, and skins.
While Mods can be any number of things, such as weapons, game modes, or modifications.
Now the part you've been waiting for, here are just some examples of various WADs for 8BDM. If you wish for your WAD to be listed let me know, if your WAD is listed and you wish for it not to be, do so also.

-=Mods=-
Saxton Hale Mode
Saxton Hale has become rather popular, it is a mode that is played in last man standing. When the round begins a random player(s) is(are) selected to be the boss(es). The other players must work together to defeat the boss player before they defeat everyone else. This mode comes in many different versions, which have a slight difference between them, ++ (http://cutstuff.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=6160) and Rebirth as the main two.
Roboenza (http://cutstuff.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=2357)
Roboenza is played in last man standing as well, this is your zombie mode, where one player is randomly choosen to be the zombie at the start of the round and must attack other players to turn them into zombies as well. The game ends when either all players alive are zombies or all zombies are dead. Also the zombies have a timed life span before they die, so they have to act quickly to get other players.
Bot Apoc (http://cutstuff.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=3487)
Bot Apocalypse is a game mod that uses team last man standing and pits players versus bots. The players are automaticly put into the same team and a number of bots, which scales per players, are put into the opposing team while they duke it out. If there is enough players 1 will randomly be chosen to play as the bot leader as well to give the bots an added edge of a player who won't get stuck everywhere.

Screw Scramble
Another mode made by CMM, this time the goal is to collect screws dropped by other players in order to reach a certain score before everyone else.
Mission Mode (http://cutstuff.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=5221)
Yet another mode made by CMM, this mode gives the player 4 player classes to play as, Megaman, Protoman, Bass and Roll. As well as bosses to fight. They have stages to play through, and each character gets a unique weapon for each boss defeated. There is even mods for this mode featuring more characters such as Fake Man, Dark Man, Doc Bot and Duo (http://cutstuff.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=5642) as well as X, Zero, Axl and Vile (http://cutstuff.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=5658).
Though CMM has no interest in continuing this mod, the moded versions are still being worked on.
Weapon mods, such as D.I.R.P. by Gummywormz and Ukiweps by Uki both add a selection of weapons to use and even allow them to replace weapons in maps.

This is a mini game collection of 30 minigames made by Gummyworms.
Classes
Class modes add classes to the game, allowing you to play as a "character" with set weapons. The main Class Mods out at this time are Class Based Mod (aka YD) (http://cutstuff.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=1743) which uses robot masters made for pure enjoyment, Justified (http://cutstuff.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=6300) which is more canon based, CSCC (http://cutstuff.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=3118) and Teaparty classes both use user created characters.
