When pasting a video into the youtube tags, you want to copy the letters after watch?v=.
For example, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qvYMmmZF-NE (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qvYMmmZF-NE) becomes

[youtube]qvYMmmZF-NE[/youtube]and will look like
