Granted, they can escape occasionally, but this makes them sitting ducks for most part.
It also affects other such foot-clipping surfaces, such as oil in Oil Man's and Flame Man's stages, the sand in Pharaoh Man's stage, and the snow in Dr. Cossack's stage.

i noticed it myself when i tried to play capture the flag with a bot and the flag was in a pit, preventing the bot from getting out.
-
Why would you play CTF with bots in the first place? CTF was never meant for bots.

He got a point here the bots were never meant to play
ctf with just tdm dm tlms lms and terminator
Bots are Computer programmed(duh) and they been programmed
to chase you down and frag you even when he gets a flag he still chases down
enemies
Case done can safely say bees now

i played quite a bit of capture the flag in quake 3 with bots. i understand that the the bot source code was lost but it can be remade and made better.
-
Yes, that is true. But that is a job for the Zandronum Team, not the MM8BDM team.
-
if there is people here than can create the code of the bots they should as that would enable each bot to have a different battlestyle.
-
There isn't anyone here who can do that. The only people who can do that and implement it is the ZDR team. I just explained this.
-
then someone should ask them.
-
...they already know. They are already working on it.

I never tried sand or snow stages, but I can definitely approve that they can't jump in/over a pit.
I DID tried oil stages, though the bots looked definitely stupid by staying in the corner of the (flammable) oil pit, making them like paper targets (or sitting ducks).
