I can't find a topic like this anywhere on this forum,so I'm creating this topic.
Create your own Mega Man weapon/s and post the abilities of your weapon/s.You can make weapons Robot Masters who don't have weapons,Compass Man for example.
So,let's get creating! :)

For Compass Man, I'd probably do a weapon that would send out a probe to lead you to the nearest enemy, and would also attack it.

Name: Hydroman
Weapon :Blast Cannon; basically a water charged shot which gets weaker the farther it goes. Up close, it can destroy sheids.

Name: DubStepman
Weapon: Dubstep Blaster; a music based weapon with the Strength and and pattern of the shots is Heavily reliant on the current stages music beat. it also has low ammo use like the metalblade
Examples:
Fast loud music = rapid fire and exploding music note shots
Fast weak music = rapid fire but no exploding music note shots
Music pitch changing= Lowering and rising Note Shots

Here's the dumbest Robot Master I can think of:
"Riff Man"
He attacks, but with sound! (c)2014.
Weapon: Shock Guitar - a guitar, that shoots electricity; and it plays a sweet riff, too.
Boss Atk Pattern: The dude bum rushes MM, jumps three times and goes to the center of the boss room to play a chord that reverbs so much that it stuns MM into position (Comparable to Guts Man's jumping attack). He then bum rushes again, jumps 3 more times, and clings onto one of the speakers to your left or right and plays a riff that shoots out about 6 beams of electricity in 6 random directions in rapid succession. The beams then explode upon hitting the walls into smaller sparks. Rinse and repeat.
Upon Mega Man's usage of the weapon: He just shoots 6 beams of electricity all at once in a random direction.

Well, about a year ago, I tried my hand at designing Sonic styled Robot Masters. This was probably my best attempt at it.

His weapon is called "Flame Stream". It basically shoots two swirling fireballs forward, which burns the ground below it. It needs to be just above the ground in order to burn it, Otherwise it's just a projectile.

I actually made this as a weapon for 8BDM some time ago.

Didn't know that.
I'm not quite familiar with anything that strays from "Mega Man Classic"

Blast Tracer - freezes mega in place while a tiny spark traces quickly along the ground in front of you, but is completely harmless and costs no ammo. Pressing attack again, however, causes a powerful vertical blast to fall down from above centered on the spark's location.
So yeah, it's actually just a targeting beacon for an orbital kill-sat. :twisted:

Name: Dream Man
Weapon: Remembrance Big-Eye: Shoots a Big-Eye that acts like MM1 Big-Eye, killing ennemies by squashing them.
Ammo Cost: High
Dream Man is from my brain and also inspired from Mega Man Series ennemies.
2 phases for it. The Main phase and the Bass phase.

Attack1 A boomerang that pierces trough shield
Attack2 Pierce bomb The bomg goes trough the shield and sticks
Attack 3 Pierce Drain throws a sharp objects that pierces shield and drains health

Whew! I managed to salvage these from a very old thread. Gotta love that search function.
Well, it's like this:
Mud Tracker - Shoots a sphere of mud that rolls forward, leaving behind mud puddles. Explodes upon touching an enemy or wall.
Clam Sled - Just what it implies. Press fire to increase speed. It can bounce off walls and enemies, making you change direction when it does so, so be careful.
Homing Spectrum - Shoots forth a sphere that changes colors and arcs left and right. It homes in on the nearest enemy at slow speed, but if it touches the enemy, it's a lot of ripping damage.
Orbit Beam - A small laser ball circles around you, shooting lasers at nearby enemies. As it fires, it will become smaller and eventually dissapear.
Bomber Dragonfly - A dragonfly bot shoots up in an arc, stops, then goes forward. It will dive bomb in a straight line into any enemy it comes across, then explode on them.
Brigade Barrier - Summons a trio of bots that stay around you, shooting at whatever is in sight. It blocks 25% of damage, but you won't be able to move while using it. The bots stay up for 10 seconds.
Sledge Quake - Jump first, then fire to create a small tremor that can damage nearby enemies. Charge up, jump and fire to make a stronger earthquake that can cause more damage and stun enemies farther away from you than a normal shot.
Shock Spear - Hold fire to get one out, then ram it into enemies. You can have it out as long as you have energy left. Release fire to throw. Thrown spear causes ripping and stun damage. However, throwing it wastes more ammo.

The previous set are pretty nice ideas. I especially like the Slege Quake.
Robot Master: Storm Woman
Weapon: Homing Spark
A slightly less powerful version of the Spark Chaser. Rather than hitting one enemy multiple times, it will move to the next enemy upon killing one. The projectile weakens upon each enemy it kills, and as soon as it hits an an enemy it can't kill in one hi, it will dissipate. It will also dissipate upon hitting 3 enemies, or if there are no more enemies on screen.
Robot Master: Jungle Man
Weapon: Jungle Blade
Mega, Proto, or Bass spawns a machete like blade at the end of their buster. You can use it to make a 3 hit combo, and on the 3rd swing, it fires a projectile that can cut through certain materials.
Robot Master: Arctic Man
Weapon: Arctic Sentry
Spawns a snowman that can sit, or follow the player around, You switch it's status with the fire button. While active, the snowman will shoot at enemies for the player, and enemies will target it instead of the player. It would have it's own healthbar, perhaps 14 HP?
Robot Master: Swift Man
Weapon: Swift Boomerang
A boomerang that travels in an arc similar to the Rolling Cutter. It has the ability to draw in weapons at range. Chargeable, the projectile increases in size and range when charged, doing more damage and being able to draw in larger items.
Robot Master: Audio Woman
Weapon: Audio Screech
A screen wiping attack. Damage is deducted based on how many enemies are on screen at the time of use.
Robot Master: Gator Man
Weapon: Acid Spray
Sprays a continuous stream of acid. Can be aimed slightly up or down to coat surfaces. It can also melt certain walls.
Finally, a drill weapon for a construction robot master. (Drill Man is already taken, as are a couple of other good names...)
Weapon: ???
A drill that fires straight forward. Upon hitting an enemy, will drill the enemy for up to 5 points of damage, and will keep moving if the enemy is destroyed. This can ALSO destroy certain walls.

Mini-spoilers for Mega Man Continuum go
Tech Laser
Lets you shoot a laser beam in 8 directions, but there are also two rotating balls of energy that travel straight in front of Mega Man, which get destroyed when they hit an enemy or wall.
Rogue Dagger
When used, 8 daggers will be summoned around you that can't go through terrain.
Poison Shield
Like Water Shield, only with 4 bubbles that surround you and, when you fire with a shield around you, you shoot one of the bubbles from the shield straightforward with weak gravity.
Lava Barrage
Shoots two meteors in an arch: One high, one low. They both explode when they hit something.
Ghost Vision
Creates two ghostly clones of Mega Man that go in front of him and behind him. They don't go very far before they return to him. They both always stay on his exact height level at all times.
Arcane Charge
Makes you flash while active, run faster, kind of quickly depletes your weapon energy bar, and makes you INVINCIBLE! Plus some stars appear around you randomly but yeah
Shark Missile
Just like Dive Missile, only it very rarely leaks water underneath it too.
Suplex Smash
Like Slash Claw, only it does less damage, can't cut chains, and it lasts for a little longer.

Not my own weapons here, but DX weapons of RM:
Cutman DX:
Cutter Trio: Shoots 3 assembled cutters and if you re-shoot, cutters separate themselves and stay on the ground.
Gutsman DX:
Guts Grabber: Grabs a enemy and if you re-shoot, launches enemy.
Iceman DX:
Iceberg Cage: Shoot at the enemy to freeze it. Then push it to the left/right to launch it on other enemies.
Bombman DX:
Bouncy Grenade: Shoots a bomb that bounces on obstacles (enemies too). If touches an enemy, bounces on it and continue his way (you can kill 3 enemies with Bouncy Grenade)!
Fire Man DX:
Fire Dash: dash with fire and kill your enemies!
Elec Man DX:
Spark Shield: creates a shield and launch it if you want!

Does Spark Shield act like Leaf Shield or Junk Shield?
Also,you forgot Time Man and Oil Man due to Capcom retconning the original game to include those two into the remake.

My gosh! You're right!
Time Man DX:
Temporal Vortex: Creates a teleportation vortex. If you shoot again you will create another one and then go in it to teleport yourself.
Oil Man DX:
Burning Oil: Shoot to make an Oil Wave! The shoot to burn it and touch it to throw it!
