ok so i started playing MM8BDM and i wanted to play another level but when i choose it it says it cant find it!
can someone please help i downloaded it from this site!

Those levels aren't playable in the MM8BDM demo.  They are left over from Doom.

I think he means a custom level.

Yeah, but he's saying he's selecting the levels and it won't let him play it.  With the custom stage, if you're able to select it, it's playable.

But if it's not installed in the game, it won't appear in the game and you won't be able to select it because it's not there.

there are supposed to be 4 stages but i can only play ONE!
when i slect it is not there!

i downloaded it from this site and is only 24 mb when its 28 mb.
and i have to select the level from offline something...

please tell me how to solve this!

ps.im talkin an=bout map02 ap03 and so on

ok so i found more maps and some like DOOM 2

so my question really is:

How do i switch to another map/level?

PLEASE HELP!

ya know like in vids and previews/trailers

Map02, Map03,etc belong to Doom. The game that MM8BDM is modded for
You want the maps that start with MM#LLL.
Such as MM1Cut - Cutman, MM2Met - Metal Man, MM3NEE - Needle Man and MM3DW1 - Skull Castle Interior.

First Off
Start up MM8BDM, I'm assuming you're trying to use offline multiplayer skirmish. So let's set that up.

First off you want the level your warping too to be one of the four megaman levels. They all follow the same naming convention of MM#LLL[#=Game Name and LLL=Three Letters, of the robot master or wily stage]. Be sure that the game type is set to deathmatch, assuming that's what you want to play.

If you look down, you'll see "Frag Limit" Set that to however many kills it takes to win a match that you wish.

Next go down to bot setup. click enter on it. Set the bot slots to the robot masters you want to fight. Then hit Start Game.

what?i dont want to play offline!can you explain better?!

Are you trying to host a server, or join a server. It would help me if I knew what you were trying to do.

If you're playing on a server online, you don't get to pick the levels, the server host does.

Press esc to enter the menu,
Options > Multiplayer > Call vote.

Then call a map vote to the map you want. The maplist in MM8BDM-SGC.pk3 is:

To be honest, I think he's having problems joining servers, since odds are if he just started, he has the old version of skulltag and thus no servers are shown.  I've got to go somewhere, anybody want to explain it?
