Yeah, there was another thread like this one, but it died waaaaay back in 2011. Now it's 2014, with new consoles and new members. So, let's vote!
As for me, my favorite console is the Xbox Classic. While I technically grew up playing my brother's SNES and my own N64 for several years, it's the Xbox I got the most games for and had for the longest time. Unfortunately, my current Xbox is dead. :(
Hopefully, someday I'll be able to get a replacement.
What's YOUR favorite console, and why?

PC mustard rice.
I like things with lots of buttons. >=P

Not to forget, MICE! And the option to use most of the newer controllers.

Oh my goodness, I don't think I can pick. My favourite systems are the NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube, Wii, Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast, PS1 and Xbox. That's too many favourites. It is mostly because I never want to take off my rose-tinted goggles of +1 nostalgia and these are the systems I grew up with.
Alright, I'll go with the NES. It was my first gaming console, I started playing it when I was only three years old.

I like the ps2 and xbox 360 but PC is my all time favorite

It was a tough choice between the Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, and Nintendo GameCube, but I chose the SNES because Super Mario World.
-
Well I chose the SNES.
It had lots of pretty good games during its lifetime.
Such as, but not limited to:
- Earthbound
- Super Mario World
- Mega Man X
- Chrono Trigger
- Super Metroid
- LoZ: A Link to the Past
It counts if I've used an emulator of it before, right?
-
What about OUYA?
For completion sake, not that anybody picks it.
Until OUYA or any other console get MM8BDM, PC gets my vote.

Real men choose the virtual boy

There is a lack of Neo Geo AES.*Grumbles*
Anyho, picked Nintendo 64. I have the most memorable multiplayer experiences with that console.
-
I don't have a favorite console, but the SNES brings a lot of fond memories for me...
