This suggestion adds a method of making use of a charge weapon's uncharged shot more conventionally than with spam-click. Basically, you double click then hold the button and the weapon continues firing uncharged shots.
I have an example pk3 that also adds the patch made to I made to Tengu Blade this morning to the busters. (http://cutstuff.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=7236)
This is one of the more trivial suggestions I've made and I understand why it would be rejected should it be considered, but here's my example nonetheless. (https://www.dropbox.com/s/djmkub1w557x7m8/Double-clickChargeWeapons.pk3)

I think I did something to that effect in the past. I think it was Aurora Cannon, which had a Needle Cannon uncharged burst and a huge laser for charged one...
What I mean is: I like the idea, it gives us a choice rather than the illusion of a choice.

stepping up my Atomic Fire game if this comes in
in reality this feature would hate me

I need this. Dude, I really need this. I don't know how to properly explain just how much I need this. This is one of those small things that nobody thinks of that can make a bigger impact and it really would add more depth to the charge weapons.
More Pharaoh Shot, Praise the Sun!

I'm not entirely convinced on this. The reason is because it isn't that self-explanatory that charging requires double clicking and then holding.

I figured as much. I wanted to make it to see what others would think of the idea. Korby came up with it at first, anyway; I just kind of stole his idea and applied it to all the charge weapons.

Hmm, you must have somehow used a different version of the patch, as the one I tried out requires double-click for repeatedly shooting UNcharged shots, with charging acting normally.
Anyway, I think this is a cool little thing, and even if it doesn't get in, then it's still good for a add-on modification type thing.
(It's pretty funny though, considering Atomic Fire has barely any delay between shots. Fireballs everywhere!)

Nah, I just got that backwards when I typed it down. Nonetheless, I am big on the vanilla game being as accessible as possible, and this does pose a problem to accessibility.
