Mine is Cloudman, his clouds and 3 turn time limit makes him a prick.
-
You are aware the turn limit is removed when fighting his other non-storyminigame forms right.
If Lance exists in 5 that's pretty effective against him. (That backrow wood chip that hits for like 150)
I forgot who I hated, I'll give myself a refresher sometime then come back to say who.
Off the top off my head without thinking I'd have to say Quickman because blocking or Drillman because limited time frames to attack. or was it actually just drillman I don't know anymore

How did I forget about MgMDS from MMBN4? He emulates your navicust and chip folders, but for the navicust, you can bug it so he can have a severe disadvantage over you, and for the chips, you can boost the chips you use (SuperVulcan and Bass comes to mind) to rediculous firepower, oh and he uses the pea shooter uncharged buster to do minimum damage. MgMDS is a fucking wuss.

I was more bored by thunderman in MMBN2.... he is harder to hit (because clouds) and to dodge (so much attacks)...
Ah, there is Desertman in exe3 who is really boring, you can't combo him easily...because he hides himself always after 1 hit.
And yeah, Drilman was horrible too...Protected by the drill and rushing at you', you needed to find him :/
-
I'm not familiar enough with all of the fights to choose, but I will say the first thing that popped in my heads was clouds- which is pretty funny after reading Emmanuelf06's and Swordkirby's posts lol. Any Navi... heck, any boss that plays hide-n-seek and takes forever to fight is just lame.

KnightMan can go shove his head into a deep fryer.
-
I hate toadman in mmbn2 he is harder to hit and can stun you with toadman's ver of the "shock note"
-
These "too hard to hit" reasons don't feel all that justified to me. Honestly DrillMan.EXE is one of my favourite netnavis. The battle felt original and enjoyable. Yes, his battle strategy makes him difficult to hit, but that only meant you had to focus and think about what will work in this knew situation (aka adapting), and he only had 600 hp which isn't a lot for late game boss.
There aren't many BN boss battles that I don't like, although I don't care much about GravityMan.EXE. There just wasn't much going for his design or the battle against him really (aside from the floor or ceiling gimmick which was cool).

I hated megamands because he was to much of a wuss, and you had better versions of his attacks (chip boosting).

FUCK. CIRCUSMAN.
I know his "dodge left and right > dodge up and down > dodge everywhere > repeat" strat and how it works, but on mobile this guy is literally fucking impossible to kill without some massive undershirt bullshit.

That, and he RAPES you (the multi hit attack, that later versions confuse you).

My least favorite boss is probably GBeast/FBeast, they're just so BORING. They were trying to make something like MegaDS/DarkMega but he has like 5 attacks, doesn't copy you or your tactics, and your fight with him is with a LinkNavi who is usually lame when you're controlling them, like SlashMan or
AquaSpoutMan.
Incidentally my favorite bosses are ProtM from 4 (because you can break his stupid-ass ai) and MegaDS in 5's Postgame (it's so exhilarating and fast paced and fun as long as you didn't use the friggin' buster for the whole game).

I liked megamands in 5, his iteration in 4 was just stupid.
