hello,im zero-2 and im a rookie here,anyone can find  a skin of axl or a bot of X and zero?

Welcome to the forums!

As far as I know, the skins of Axl, X, and Zero are not available separately.

But, you can play as those characters (with their weapons!) in the Mega Man X Single Player mod. (http://www.cutstuff.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=5658) It's a great mod that allows you to play as these classes in 3D, progress-based (as opposed to Deathmatch) interpretations of classic Mega Man stages.

Upload it to a website like Imgur (http://imgur.com/), then grab the url of the picture and post it here in [IMG] tags.

It's certainly a good start for a first skin! Next comes the easy part; You need to cut it up into individual pieces and put it into a .pk3.

That skin is pretty COOL! Keep going and you'll make even  more amazing skins!
Just a reminder:If you have a skin idea, make sure that it already isn't made. Of course you can still make your version but make sure there's difference!

The skin is really good! Now we need more sprites for that skin and then done.

It's an alright start but there is an issue you should keep track of, the inconsistency.
If you look at the first 3 idle sprites you have, the side and back/r idles are pretty inconsistent with the front/r, please fix this.
And I fear you will probably do this with the firing frames, so just warning ya now.
Also make sure you give Zero the Mega Man colors so you can see him change weapon colors easily in-game, the selections should be pretty obvious, light blue over the bright pink, and dark blue/cyan over the dark blue-ish color.
Otherwise the skin looks okay I guess, thanks for starting on this because I'm kind of wanting this skin.
