Title: Hmmm, Where have I seen this before?
Post by: Turbodude on October 09, 2010, 04:21:02 PM: Well, when I was hosting a server of 8-bit DM the other night, a friend asked me to switch it to CTF, so I did.
When the map got to MMCTF02, it seemed, very similar to some other map I've seen in the past. Have a look here:

Was this an intentional reference, or just a coincidence? I'm quite curious to know.

A lot of maps have similar designs to other map found in the doom community (and one is a deliberate rip-off, I'm surprised no one has mentioned it yet).

I was struggling for CTF map ideas so I asked around and a few people suggested that map pack. Good eye :)

Gyroman = map19 RJumpExtreme (I know it really doesn't. But I reminds me of it :P)
