Title: lag and ping

Hi
I´ve been playing mm8bdm for a while and i am experiencing  lots of lag because of high ping.
its the only game i have high ping, maybe its beacuse of the servers location?
Anyway, i have nothing that "waistes" internet running while im playing online but i dont see whats the problem,so any help would be aprreciatted :D.

Ps: i have a high speed internet .

Ping = lag, so the more ping you have, the more lag you'll have.

Also depends on the hosting pc how fast the game goes as far as i know...
Hosting location also could matter.

Locations matter a lot. Living in British Columbia, Canada, when I play in a server in France, my ping tends to be 100+ with some noticeable lag.

When playing somewhere in the USA or Canada, my ping is more around the 40-80 range, depending on distance.

Reason being. All the movements and actions I do have to go all the way to the hosts computer and back. So in the case of French Servers, that's from one side of Canada all the way to France. Quite a delay.

Oh if its the location then im screwed.I live in Portugal and i cant fid any servers near me. :cry:

I live in the netherlands... sucks but whatever.
There was a english server the other day that worked fine for me.
And for the rest i hope for the best  :mrgreen:
