Someone said GIMP so now I have GIMP. That helps.

Save as .GIF make it animated...

Each layer is a frame.

Can you...like, select the speed it goes through layers somehow?

... Yes. Save it as .gif - animation. You should see the speed it plays at. You're able to change it in "ms".

Or if you're to lazy you can just save each frame as a separate picture and combine them into an animation here (http://www.iaza.com).

That actually takes longer and more effort.

I still recommend GIMP.

he he do what I did...
Use "smart gif creator - unregistered"
it gives the gif more enthusiasm in it.
