Name: Doc Louis
Skin: for now, Hard Man
Health: 300 base, with a bonus 150 applied per "bonus player" (I'm not good at health so feel free to adjust this part)
Speed: Slightly faster than the base Megaman.
Traits: He jumps a bit higher than normal to compensate for the lack of a Super Jump.
Fire: Left Jab. Quickly jab the opponent in front of you. 35 damage.
Alt-Fire: Right Hook. A strong swinging punch with much more delay than the Left Jab. 85 damage, plus knockback.
Special: I INVENTED THE STAR PUNCH! Fire-Fire-Alt combos into an impressive uppercut. Requires one Star.
Item Skill: CHOC-LICIOUS. Doc Louis pulls out his favorite candy bar and chows down. Only usable once per Round.
Rage: Technically, nothing. However, taking multiple hits will use the Invuln Guard. Read more about it below.
Left Jab can be used repeatedly and quickly, and has a good range to it. It trades the OHKO power of most Hale punches for the ability to both use it quickly and have a great melee range. Right Hook, on the other hand, has an amazing range (even better than wide-sweeping attacks like Gilgamesh's Excalibur) and even knocks opponents reeling, but forces Doc Louis to stop moving while throwing the punch. If used in the air, Right Hook doesn't completely freeze Doc like Super Arm does, but it still prevents the user from changing their trajectory. This means that an improper use of Right Hook mid-jump could cause the player to fall into a pit.
The Star Punch is most similar to a normal Hale's attack, as it is a somewhat short-ranged attack that instantly kills enemies hit by it. When used, Doc Louis takes a short stop, does a short dash (stopping early if he runs into someone), and throws a great uppercut to knock 'em cold. Unlike most attacks, the Star Punch will freeze opponents when used to make connecting with the attack a bit easier, but is not earned automatically like a typical Rage. To earn a Star Punch, Doc Louis must score a KO on an opponent using the Right Hook, or he has to have his chocolate bar knocked out of his hands.
Doc Louis has relatively low health, though to compensate for this he is fought across three Rounds. Each Round is three minutes long. Within the Round, Doc Louis tries to knock out the opponent players while avoiding taking damage himself. Doc Louis is better tackled one-on-one or in small groups, as he gains a brief mercy period of invincibility if he takes a lot of damage in a short amount of time. This is to encourage small skirmishes instead of just having all the other players grind Doc's face off with Flash Bomb.
Halfway through the Round, Doc Louis gains access to his chocolate bar that, when consumed, restores about 50% of his maximum health. Doc Louis can only eat his chocolate while grounded, and he can't move while doing so. Also, if Doc Louis takes a few hits before eating, the chocolate bar is knocked out of his hands. While this is good for the other players (because Doc can't restore his health), taking away his sweets will enrage Doc Louis, giving him a free Star while also increasing his movement speed for a short period of time.
At the end of a Round, all players stop moving and take a break, including Doc Louis. Everyone then restores a small portion of their health and, except for Doc, some of their ammo as well. At the end of the third Round, the number of players remaining is compared to the number of players at the beginning of the game. If the percent of remaining players is greater than the percentage of Doc's health remaining, the players win by Decision. However, if Doc Louis has higher health than the remaining players, then he wins by Decision and the players lose.
