Help & Editing / Servers but what about the other ones?

So this is Confusing.when i went on doomseeker and clicked a Comhotel server for some reason it kept saying connecting.So i decided to reload doomeseeker and i did not see the server i wanted anywhere not just Comhotel but all the other painkiller servers were not there i kept reloading but i only saw nurvus.net-classic games servers..I kept reloading unitl saw them again i did but for some reason when i try to join it still kept saying connecting and i couldn't enter and then the cycle  continues.i am confused.

So I have all wads but every time i click on the servers i get megaman launcher when I clicked start i just go on story mode.i try to go on multipliyer to connect but did not work.can some one help me
