Could someone please tell me where I can find these files?

Help & Editing / DoomSeeker not showing list of Servers/Game

I keep refreshing/get servers on doomseeker but it's not showing anything. I've already configured it to what it said here at this topic viewtopic.php?f=27&t=3475 but it's still blank. It was working fine earlier today but not it's not. Please help.

How do i install this game? I mean i've download v2c along with the packs and mods and such on the main website; but it's not working. I want to do a skirmish but it keeps saying it can't find the map01, map02, map03. What am i doing wrong? Please help with installing this game.
