Skins & Bots etc / New spriter (for this) and need some help

Alright, so I checked and double checked to make sure the colors were right, but I don't have anything that'll set the transparency properly (using Paint of all things. xD), and haven't fiddled with the compiler yet, either, any tips?

Updated with the fixed walk.  Looks less derpish.  :?
