Rejected / Bass Class Issue

Bass seems incomplete on the justified class wad, and it bothers me. My problem is his color scheme changes his whole body like megaman, and I was thinking that his swap could mirror off the Megaman & Bass game.

Furthermore, Bass doesn't have his own arms, when it comes throwing projectiles.
