Rejected / Bug:MM8BDM.exe and Zandonum not working.

Hey, I need some help here. Every time i load MM8BDM or Zandoronum i get the following error message:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
And then the file deletes itself.
I have windows 7 and my account is an administrator.
Any help would be good.
