Mega Man Discussion / Megaman explode ?

Hello!
I searched at http://sprites-inc.co.uk/ for the sprites in NES version. I cannot find one that Megaman explode when he was killed. I have seen many fan made have the same explode effect as in NES/Famicom version. However, there is nowhere to be seen in Sprites inc at all. I need this one. No, I am not noob. Help ? Thanks.
