Maps / Exporting/Importing My map

I made a map for me and my friends in Doom Builder, but I don't know how to make it work online... I want it to work but i am not sure what to do. It is saved as a .wad file, and it works well enough. Just please help me understand how to import it into MM8BDM and use it on a Multiplayer server. thanks!
