Help & Editing / Server broke. Need help!

The other day, my friend Crunk (most of you know him as Ichigo or Carbuncle) was hosting this server (I was not here but this is what he told me). This guy (Truth) has crashed our server numerous times because it was a Roleplay/Cheat server. So we decided to make it private and only tell a few people the password. The other day, I logged onto hamachi (I have him on it) and he told me that Truth had crashed his server and now they won't show up. Is there a reason as to why this is happening and is there a way to fix it?
