Okay, the Gunstar Green and Smash Daisaku hales gave me an idea for one. A ridiculous hale, but still.

Name: Golden Silver and the 4 crystals (Only playable if 6 or more players are on the server!)
Backstory: The year 20XX. The 4 Crystals (Jewels, Gems, Whatever.) Have been bought together once again, and the God of Ruin Awakens once more. He seeks to destroy everything in his sight, and it's up to a ragtag team of robots to stop it.
Special Details: Golden Silver is invincible. Only the crystals can be harmed. Once the 4 crystals are destroyed, Golden Silver Dies with them (Is this possible though?). If Golden Silver takes too many hits, he will be stunned, just like Slenderman. Crystals Can't Super Jump.
Health: 500 + 15 for each player (The Crystals); Cannot be killed (Golden Silver)
Colors: 'Flash Bomb' Yellow and 'Thunder Beam' Gray (Golden Silver); Blue and 'Water Balloon' Blue, Green and Dark Green, Red and Dark Red, 'Freeze Cracker' light blue and White (The 4 Crystals)
Skins: Golden Silver = Evil Robot; The Crystals = ...Not really sure about this one.
Speed: Golden Silver = A tad bit slower than normal (0.75); The Crystals = Fairly fast (1.0)
Attack (Golden Silver): Golden Blast Nuclear - Golden Silver Shoots a Spread shot of 5 exploding green orbs, dealing 20 damage each (Point Blank = Dead). Same recharge time as Fist Attacks.
Attacks (Crystals):
White = Force Fire - A single shot that deals 10 damage. Same Recharge time as Fist Attacks.
Green = Homing Bomb - A single shot that homes in on you and deals 15 damage upon impact. Same recharge time as Fist Attacks.
Blue = Laser Beam - A single shot thet travels fast, but deals only 2 damage. Same recharge time as Claw Attacks.
Red = Fire Barrier - Creates 4 flames that behave like Seeman's Fire Circles, dealing 10 damage. Same recharge time as Fist Attacks.
No Rages, because balance. You're being attacked by 5 'hales' at once!

Optional Obituaries:
"%o was Radiated by Golden Silver (%k)'s Golden Blast Nuclear!"
"%o was Blasted by The White Crystal (%k)!"
"%o was Blown up by The Green Crystal (%k)!"
"%o was Pierced by The Blue Crystal (%k)!"
"%o crashed and burned from The Red Crystal (%k)!"
Music:

His theme from the game.

So basically, get the crystals, but avoid Golden Silver (If you can)

Needless to say, this will be quite a fight.

Boss 3

Name: Dr. Robotnik
Skin: DarkAura’s Robotnik Skin (If Possible).
Health: Above Average (500 Health + 185 health per player).
Colors: Red and Gray.
Weakness: Electricity (Thunder Beam, Spark Shock, Etc.).  Does 115% (1.15) damage and hitstuns.
Resistances: Everything else. Does only 90% (0.9) damage and doesn’t hitstun (If Possible).
Speed: Slower than Megaman (0.70-0.65)
Music: Sonic Chaos – Final Boss

Primary Attack: Egg Missile. Fires a missile that does 40 damage and deals heavy knockback. Same cooldown time as hand weapons.
Secondary Attack: Egg Sentry. Robotnik summons a robot minion (Sniper Joe Skin). This robot minion stays in one place and shoots 2 shots per second, each shot doing 2 damage. Egg sentries die after 6 hits. Only a maximum of 3 can be on the field at any time. Cooldown of 15 seconds to prevent sentry spam.
Rage: Egg Laser. Charges up for 5 seconds, and then fires a deadly laser that kills everyone in its path.

Optional Obituaries:
Egg Missile “%o was Blasted by Dr. Robotnik (%k)’s Egg Missile!”
Egg Sentry “%o was Shot Down by Dr. Robotnik (%k)’s Egg Sentry!”
Egg Laser “%o was Disintegrated by Dr. Robotnik (%k)’s Egg Laser!”

Boss 4 (Inb4 Hate)

Name: Cuddle Hardman (Megaman Version of Cuddle Heavy)
Skin: ...Really?
Health: Hefty (500 Health + 235 health per player)
Movement Speed: Slow (0.65-0.6)
Colors: Purple and Pink, with Red outline.
Weaknesses: Homing Weapons (Magnet Missile, Dive Missile and Homing Sniper); Does 120% (1.2) Damage.
Resistances: Ripper Weapons (Metal Blade, Rolling Cutter, Yamato Spear, Etc.); Does 75% (0.75) Damage.
Music Wario Ware, Inc. Mega party Game$ - Tag

Primary Attack: Hard Hug. A dashing attack. Same cooldown as the fist if it hits, but (Again, if possible) cooldown is longer if it misses.
Rage: The Power of Love. Hardman becomes really friendly, making him move and attack faster, as well as blinding everyone around him.

Optional Obituary:
Hard Hug: "%o was...hugged to death by Cuddle Hardman (%k)."

Name: WARIO
Colors: Yellow and Purple with a Red Outline
Health: base 500 plus 220 for each player
Speed: Slower than Hale (0.70 and 0.65)
Attack: Wario Slam (Other) - Wario charges forward, dealing 60 damage to players and sending them flying off (Like Wind Storm). Same Cooldown as Fist attacks. (Optional Obituary: "%o was slammed by Wario!")
Super Jump: Gains less height than Hale (100 as opposed to 120)
Rage: Wario Waft - An Area-of-Effect attack (Centaur Flash) that deals 80 damage and stuns players for about 10 seconds. It will also cause Wario to Super Jump. (Optional Obituary: "%o was gassed by Wario's Wario Waft!")
Skin: Dusty's Wario Skin.
Takes More Damage From: Hard Knuckle and Needle Cannon. (Damage Factor 1.3)
Takes Less Damage From: Fire Storm, Wild Coil and Ice Slasher (Damage Factor 0.90)

Colors: Pure Black and Dark Gray with a Red Outline. (I was going for darker colors than Ninja Spy, but now i'm not sure if that's even possible to do.)
Health: Base 500 plus 185 per player.
Speed: Same as Robo-Christian Brutal Sniper
Attack: Obsidian Blade/Evil Sword (Hand Weapon) - Deals 80 Damage. Basic. (Optional Obituary: "%o was slain by the Necromancer's Evil Sword!")
Super Jump: Not a jump. The Necromancer can fly around for 7 seconds. Cooldown is longer, however. (Balancing!)
Rage: Hands from Below (Skeleton Hands) - Sends out a wave of Skeleton arms, Dealing only 5 damage, but can hit multiple times. (Optional Obituary: "%o was dragged down by The Necromancer's Skeleton Hands!")
Skin: Shademan (Or Necromancer skin if made.)
Takes More Damage From: Rain Flush (Poison-ish), Blizzard Attack (Ice), Fire Storm (Fire) and Thunder Bolt (Electricity). (Damage Factor 1.2)
Tales Less Damage From: Everything Else (Damage Factor 0.85)
Music: Simple Sight (His theme from the game.)

Name: THE NECROMANCER

Colors: Pure Black and Dark Gray With a Red Outline. (If possible.)

Speed: Same as Hale.

Health: Base 500 plus 160 for every player. (Above-Average, but not High)

Attack: Evil Sword (Obsidian Blade) - A Hand Weapon. Basic enough.

Super Jump: Not a jump, but you can fly (Just like when he's fought in the game) for a short amount of time (About 7 Seconds). However, it's cooldown is longer.

Rage: Hands from Below

Rage Info: The Necromancer summons a wave of skeleton arms from the ground, killing anything in their path. (This works like the Fire Pillars from YD Fireman)

Optional Obituaries:
Primary - "%o was slain by The Necromancer!"
Rage - "%o was grabbed by the Hands from Below!"

Music:

(If "The Part where he kills you" Could make it, Why not this?)

I have an idea for a Boss:
WARIO

Colors: Pretty much reversed Ballade Cracker colors (Blue=Yellow and Cyan=Purple)

Custom Skin: Dusty's Wario Skin

Health: 5% Less than Hale. (Medium-High)

Movement Speed: 10% slower than Hale.

Attack: Wario Slam
Identical to Saxton Hale's Fist, but slower. Also makes him lunge forward.

Super Jump: About 10% less height than Hale.

Rage: Wario Waft
An AoE Explosion (Think Centaur Flash.) after a 1 second delay. Stuns players, leaving them defenseless for a few seconds. Screw it. Kills anyone unlucky enough to be nearby. Also causes you to Super Jump.

SOUNDS:
Intro:  1) “I’m-a Wario! I’m-a gonna win!” (Mario Kart 64)
   2) “Okay, Here we go!”  (Dr. Mario 64)
   3)”Here I go!” (Mario Kart 64)
Jump: *Wario’s laugh from Mario Kart 64*

Favorite Stage: Most of the CSCM Maps.
Favorite Class: Crashman and Brightman
Greatest Rival: No one...Yet...
Reputation: Or lack of one...
Anything Else?: I don't play online that often, but i practice offline a LOT.

It looks good, but as for the rage, can you put a little more detail? Like, will it instantly kill, or stun? Also, I would make that rage cause a super jump because SSBB move.

Oops, Sorry about that.

I WAS thinking about having it be instant death, But on second thought it seems a bit OP. So, Stun.
As for causing a Super Jump, Yes. Just, yes.
