I'm looking to see if anyone plays this game fairly regular, because I need some people to play with to pratice. Bots are ok, but they don't think and change their strategies. If so, please get a hold of me. When I host, my game comes up as The Fox Hole.

Ok, well I tried that map command and all it does is bring me to a map and it spawns bots. Didn't see any real players in it, and I'm not sure if anyone would be able to join my server when it does that.

Alright, thanks guys.. all this info is helpful. I appreciate the time, as I've just started using it recently. A friend of mine introduced me to it a handful of days ago and I'm just getting into things. MM8BDM is by far my favorite Doom Mod =). I love 8-bit games, I still play NES on my Wii and laptop.

Ok, I tried changing maps but it just resets everything and still no activation of sv cheats.
Is there something I'm missing here?

I have while in the console and it says it will change the settings for the next game, but I'm not online so I can't see if it will work on the next one or not.

Look's pretty awesome, I'll have to try it out soon. I'd love to see all the levels of Wily's Castle from MM 2&3 done as stages.

Ok, so I want to run a server for an online game but I can't figure out how to turn on the console commands. It says sv_cheats needs to be true. How do I turn it on during online play? I need step by step instructions on how to do this.
